Your learning journey includes 6 modules...
MODULE 1 - Values First

Clarify what matters most. Define your values and dig into the “why” behind what matters most to you. This part of your learning journey is critical and will set the foundation for building boundaries later in the program. In this module, you’ll also clarify the outcomes you want in your personal development plan for the program.

  • This module includes self-directed digital learning, reflection exercises, and group discussion in your monthly group coaching session. (You’ll also have your one-on-one session to kick off).
  • Module 1 includes optional weekly connections in the You Belong in the C-Suite community to celebrate successes and learnings.
MODULE 2 - Audit Time

After clarifying your values in Module 1, you’ll do some self examination of how your values are showing up in your life. What does it mean to you to be successfully living your values at work and at home? What gaps exist, and what are the most important things to address?

  • Module 2 includes optional weekly connections in the You Belong in the C-Suite community to celebrate successes and learnings.
MODULE 3 - Life Boundaries

At this point in your journey you have clarity on what you need to prioritize. In this module, you’ll build on your action plan and prioritize boundaries aligned to your values. You’ll start trying out your new boundaries at work and home. This may include having difficult conversations, and saying “no” to work or people and “yes” to you. We’ll give you the tools to have these tough conversations and how to get through the limiting beliefs stalling you.

  • Module 3 includes optional weekly connections in the You Belong in the C-Suite community to celebrate successes and learnings.
MODULE 4 - Uplifting Others

You are becoming a boundary builder, and others are starting to notice. You are showing up more centered, happier. You have more time to think, and be intentional about your week and long term planning. You are modeling these new behaviors, and by doing that, giving others permission to do the same. In this module, we’ll give you the tools to create your leadership message through consistent messaging and your signature recognition program to keep your team motivated to make a big impact.

  • Module 4 includes optional weekly connections in the You Belong in the C-Suite community to celebrate successes and learnings.
MODULE 5 - Experiencing Conflict

You are getting better at building those boundaries and modeling your leadership message, but have started to notice when conflict arises. You may be holding back having tough conversations, or sliding back into your old ways of being booked back to back without any time to think or eat lunch. What’s working, what isn’t? What’s still holding you back? Remember, if you don’t keep your boundaries, no one else will. In this module, we’ll revisit your Values Check In to ensure we are honing in to what matters to you most right now.

MODULE 6 - Sustaining Values

Your journey will be a success because you’ll create a plan to sustain the behaviors and boundaries you’ve worked so hard to build. You have a lot to celebrate in this module, and you’ll be doing that within our group coaching sessions and broader community throughout the module.

Hi, I’m Laura Eigel, your “career therapist” 

Most days you can find me on a Zoom call coaching leaders or listening to one of many favorite podcasts. I am mostly known for my honest feedback and collaborative style. I love serving the world by helping others reach their goals. I’m most passionate about living a life that’s in line with my values of family, growth, development, achievement, advocacy and balance.

I coach leaders who want to advance their careers, gain fulfilment and lead as their authentic selves. I have my Ph.D. in applied psychology and am a continuous learner. When I’m not helping others achieve their goals, you can catch me on my WaterRower (indoor rowing!) or hanging out with my family.

I’ve been in your shoes before, in a big job and barely keeping up. I felt guilty spending time away from family while at work and not keeping up with work when I was with family. After grounding myself in my values and finding clarity, I was able to lead as my authentic self in the c-suite, and now as an entrepreneur.

I don’t believe in work life balance. That is a myth. But I do believe in building boundaries and setting priorities to live a life of impact and fulfillment. I’m excited to help you get there too.

What if I'm not a director or above yet? Can I still participate?

Many organizations have different layers and naming structures for job titles. If you are a leader in your organization or are returning to the workforce and don’t have a director title or higher, please email hello@thecatchgroup.com and we’ll meet to ensure you are a good fit for the program based on your experience and desired outcomes.

Do I need to be in the c-suite already to apply?

Absolutely not! This is a program for mid career high achieving women. You may be on your way to the c-suite, or you may not be sure if you want that yet. Don’t let your imposter syndrome stop you from applying to this program. You are ready!

I'm already a senior executive, can this program still help me?

Yes, most likely! We vet every applicant and are very intentional about group coaching cohorts and will assign you to the cohort that will be the best fit for you and your goals. We also value diversity and collaboration, so we check our titles at the door. In your coaching group, you are all peers.

Can I miss a group coaching meeting?

You won’t want to! But seriously, part of the program is the commitment to joining each meeting. We understand when there is an emergency, but an important work meeting doesn’t count. We’ll agree on all the dates for group coaching in advance, so that you can manage your schedule accordingly. We want you to prioritize you, and we’ll hold each other accountable to that.

Do you offer scholarships?

Why is the program 6 months long?

We want to set you up for success. We believe that behavior change takes inner work and trying new behaviors to see what sticks, and that takes time. In our experience, group coaching and individual coaching that is short term doesn’t yield sustained results. We’ve found that 6 months is the sweet spot to find clarity for what works and to create behavior change that sticks.

What is the investment?

You will be investing your time and money in your development. Each week, you’ll have individual reflection work within your digital learning journey (1 hour or less a week). Each month you’ll have a 2 hour group coaching session. There are optional weekly catch ups with the group to build community on the weeks that we don’t have group coaching.

The program costs $5,000 for 6 months of coaching, including access to all self-directed learning modules, downloadable exercises/worksheets, group coaching sessions and includes a one-on-one session with Laura. Can be paid in one installment or in monthly payments.

When does the next cohort start?

Our next cohort starts in September 2022.

How many women are in each coaching group?

You will be joining a group of 4-5 peers across different industries and backgrounds. Each participant is vetted and groups are thoughtfully put together to ensure maximum learning and support.

Is there a refund policy?

As a service based busines, we do not have a refund policy. One of our core values of The Catch Group is feedback. If you are unhappy at any time, please let us know and we work together on a solution.
