Today, we’re excited to welcome Dr. Merary Simeon to the show.
Dr. Merary is a native of Puerto Rico who moved to New Jersey in her teenage years. She is the first person in her family to graduate from high school, college, build a career in corporate America, and most recently obtain a doctorate degree.
During her 20+ years of career, she has worked for several Fortune 100 companies both in the United States and Latin America bringing her leadership expertise on areas such as diversity and inclusion, talent management, leadership consulting, culture change, executive coaching, and public speaking.
Dr. Merary believes in creating opportunities and being a role model for other women. In today’s episode, she shares her number one motivation for self-betterment, how she balances motherhood and her successful career, the purpose behind her podcast Color Forward, and about the new book, Radical Woman.
Lastly, we dive deep into how she lives her values and the boundaries she has in place to live those every day.

Dr. Simeon’s diverse experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the needs and opportunities critical to leaders at all levels.
Dr. Simeon holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Fordham University. She is a native of Puerto Rico and currently resides in Frisco, Texas, with her family.
