Have you ever felt under qualified, unworthy, or doubted yourself even when you know you’re good at what you do?
Did you know that even highly qualified and successful professionals sometimes worry about not being good enough?
If any of the above resonates with you, you’re probably suffering from imposter syndrome.
In today’s episode, Laura gets very authentic as she takes us back to just after graduate school. A decisive moment in her life and career where she first encountered this feeling.
Dealing with imposter syndrome isn’t necessarily a one-time thing you can just check off your list. Even after 15 years working as a leader and executive, Laura experienced it and successfully battled it again.
Her perseverance in not allowing imposter syndrome hinder her success is proof that we all can overcome it and become the best version of ourselves by focusing on our worth and values, rather than on the lies it makes us believe.
